June Recap.
Didn’t hit my goal of 30k but I am happy with the progress so far.
Positives:
Found new product which is now my best performer, tested loads of price points and angles and have figured out what is now selling the best. Happy mix of decent AOV and high CVR. (My winning pricepoint was actually my lowest but charging more for shipping)
Prepped email marketing, got flows ready in Klaviyo (Thanks to the help of the email marketer)
Prepped the store for Google Ads, launching in July
Alignment and routine.
Set up Accounting and bookkeeping.
Created SOP for testing, running smoothly now.
Testing some supplements quality, goal here is to eventually bring some supplements into the brand. For customer LTV (I know what my customers need)
What I need to focus on next month:
Scale my winning offer, through winning creatives.
Profit over everything. Because of all of my tests ended up with 10% profit margin.. which isn’t good enough.
Continue to test 2 other products weekly.
Get more branded content.
Create my Organic social posting strategy, get 2/3 social posts up weekly.
Test selling my winning offer through Funnels in different Markets.
Buying some branded stock in bulk.
Learnings:
Too early for advertorials, I spent a lot of time and energy creating advertorials that just didn’t perform. Energy would have been better spent in creating more ads, concepts and just testing more.
I created a strong SOP for my testing strategy as I was noticing a really good workflow.
Tested Bir.ch for automations with media buying, but wasn’t really a fan of it. I think for my scale its better being more hands on.
I am going to be stricter with surfscaling and only scale my budgets after 3 consecutive sale, I also am not going to jump the budgets by too much. Max Double at a time for now.
Go to a cowork or library at least twice a week to avoid cabin fever haha
Went on a bit of a tangent looking for a partner to help me scale this quicker at one stage, I don’t need a partner I just need to be patient and focus. (Unless they are a big influencer with a lot of reach, that would be handy)
July is all about fine tuning and scaling profitably.
